For my first journey across the great pond, Spain was nothing short of enchanting. Accompanied by an intimate wedding party, exploring the Catalonia region was a gentle shock to my simple American made system. Standing beyond the familiar hums of my own language, something new and exciting stirred internally. A yearning for distant horizons, for the thrill of the unfamiliar, for the kind of wandering that stretches both spirit and mind, For what could be more intoxicating than expanding one’s reach across this vast world, thus expanding the world within.
